Sheryl started out as an administrator, became a computer programmer, high school teacher, tutor, face painter, cupcake baker and is now enjoying her role as the creator of the Mini Monet Cupcake.

The moment Sheryl created this small pointed Cupcake, her partner, an ex-art teacher, referred to it as one of Claude Monet’s Haystacks. It was from that moment that the Mini Monet was born.

It's distinctive look had to be matched by a unique taste. Sheryl took this one step further, and overnight created 12 different flavours that would satisfy every taste bud.

Sheryl understood that her customers wanted small bite size cupcakes that were full of flavour.

The Mini Monet was an instant hit at the Entertainment Quarter
(Fox Studios, Sydney) and it wasn’t long before this distinctive cupcake made its way to Sydney’s premiere tourist location, The Rocks.

It is here that the Mini Monet is available to the public every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

So take time to visit the Frilled Neck Design’s Cupcake stall at The Rocks Market and enjoy a unique piece of
‘Art you can Taste’.
